SLOW FOOD AND FAST FOOD IN GENOA

The first time I ever ate at a slow food restaurant was in Genoa. The place was tough to get into (you needed to attract attention to get past a locked front door) but once we were seated, we were given a nice corner table and lots of cold water. Based only on this one experience, I like fast food better, at least the bakery way!
Amuse bouche unexpected but a strange combo of cold pasty food hard to share.

Ambiance

Pesto pasta

Mussel on a bed of pasta

The weirdest veggie burger I have ever tried to eat

Meringue art

The one that came with us!

Focaccia Tipo Recco is my favourite!

Chinotto on the steps of San Lorenzo Cathedral
