SHENZHEN CONVIVIAL MEAL

We had a table overlooking the bridge.

Amuse bouche

Lobster tail with mango and avocado sauce - very bland
Beef shank with plum sauce - this was a rare piece of beef that  was exquisitely tender flavored beautifully with star anise and a delicious broth
The Show Cabernet 

Taro and tapioca in coconut milk
