QUICK SMOOTHIE TO CHEW
One Paula Red apple, chilled
One banana
1 cm thick peeled ginger
1 cup soya milk
1 T OJ concentrate
Blend. Drink. Chew. Unless you have a better blender than me. Then just drink!
